I 'm up in the middle of the afternoon and don't want to do anything! I haven't written anything lately. Yes me and dad are still alive and well. We both are still working hard at our jobs. Last week was so fun to have Jeff, Bree, and sweet Sydney visiting. I so enjoyed myself. Dad did not want them upstairs where it would have been easy to have them stay in my newly made over nice and cozy room. I needed to fix the downstairs room for them. He just said to put the beds together and make a king sized bed for them. That was more than he thought. I don't know why he thinks everythhing is so easy. Most likely because he isn't doing the work! After fiinding the little piece that goes in the middle so you don't get caught in the space between the mattresses I came to the conclusion that I had no bedding to fit the darn bed! Oh well, off to Burlington I went to find a comforter set that hopefully wouild not break the bank! I found 2 that were nice looking 49 or 79 for a price. Of course the $79,00 won. Then there was the sheets pillowcases, and matress pad. It turned out a beautiful bed! Dad thinks we should move it into our room now. I am thinking that will not happen. So all of you who visit our house on occassion will have a wonderful room to stay in. PS the bed is reakky comfortable!

Well, here it goes. I guess no one is too old for this. I don't really know where to begin, so it will be at the beginning of 2009. I am , or did hang out with Marie and Terina giving them every available minute that I had while they were here. I am very thankful for the time I had to spend with them. I am so glad that my "new" job gives me 4 days off, and it's the weekend even. I just love it! I did my best to treat Marie like the princess that she is while she was here. I know that it was boaring on the days that I slept all day because of work, we just made up for it on my days off. We shopped, got hair done, got pictures taken, watched movies and just had fun. I so enjoyed it! I love having my children and grand children here with me. I love them all so very much. Grandpa isn't bad either. The time passed all too fast and itt was time for Marie and Terina to get on the plane and go home. How empty our house is now. Time to clean up once again. just change the sheets and vacume. Dad kept asking if I was going to do anything Monday when we got home. I said no and you know I just sat and rested. I didn't realize how tired I was. It felt so good though. We did some post Christmas shopping, and exchanging of dresses that were too small. I do think Princess Emma made out the best on that account. Her dress closet grew a lot. I did not think that Terina was a princess girl, but she changed my mind when she went ahopping with me . She cashed in on a new Cinderella dress for herself. I do love her so. It was good to have the boys home also. Jake Anthony and Mike. They are all doing so well. It is enough to make a parent proud to see how they are comcerned about their family and how much they love eachother.

Here Come Grandma and Grandpa!!

So now mom and dad think they need a blog and here I am setting it up for them. I think that it's great that everyone has decided to create one! Now even when we can't get a hold of each other we can still know what is going on in eachothers lives. We can see how much the kids are growing and what new adventures we are all going on. I think its just great. Hopefully mom and dad will be able to keep this up. :)
